Hello, beautiful soul! I’m Julia, a passionate trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator and Meditation coach, here to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.

For years, I sprinted through life, chasing fleeting moments of happiness and losing myself in the whirlwind of distractions. It was in the stillness of meditation and the gentle embrace of Breathwork that I uncovered the profound beauty of simply being. These practices opened my eyes to the power of presence, teaching me to set healthy boundaries and reclaim control over my thoughts and emotions.

Awareness isn’t just a buzzword to me; it’s the heartbeat of my journey. I weave my knowledge and boundless creativity into experiences that both challenge and cradle you, inviting you to explore the depths of your being in ways that are uniquely your own.

Growing up amidst the enchanting Nordic forests of Sweden, I find inspiration in the whispers of nature. Here, surrounded by towering trees and the gentle rustle of leaves, I feel most at home. It’s in this sacred space that I’ve learned to breathe deeply, letting the essence of the forest fill my spirit.

My mission is simple yet profound: to create a safe, warm, and welcoming sanctuary where you can express every facet of yourself—whether you feel the urge to cry, laugh joyfully, dance freely, or scream with abandon.
